ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.

DELIVERY TIME

Italian orders will be delivered within 1-4 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.

International orders will be delivered within 2-8 days from day you received the shipping confirmation.

Please note that during Italian National Holidays, Orders may take unto 7 days to dispatch.


RETURNING YOUR ORDER

During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item, a new order must be placed. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Please contact us at sales@kashura.com to organize the return. Kindly note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
